˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗ half-japanese. born october 14, 2992 youngest daughter of three girls. grew up in manhattan, new york city. as a child she dreamed of living in the stars and finding exciting new worlds. her best friend since second grade is felysha hartee.˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗ as an adult, she's an astrophysicist with the heart of an adventurer. juniper jumped at the chance to have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to chart space in person. it would have been great—had everything actually gone according to plan. instead of the quick in-out mission in her pod, she found herself catapulted into a debris field being sucked in by the center of a galactic core. her pod was damaged, and a space spider marked her as prey.˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗ instead of certain death, she was given powers similar to that of your everyday spider-person: web generation, wall-crawling and spider sense. juniper also found she had unique control over certain aspects of the cosmos. her pod had sent off a distress beacon that had been picked up by the guardians who came to her rescue just in time.˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗ her eyes are cybernetic implants that give her an environmental scanner and overall enhanced vision. her natural eye color is dark brown but she opts to change them at will to whatever color(s) she likes. sometimes she does it to gaslight people.˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗ junie was engaged to her high school sweetheart, harry osborn, but he died in her "captain" canon event when the fisk building collapsed during a villain attack. after that event, juniper threw herself into the multiverse research and her wormhole abilities somewhat in an attempt to find any possible way to rewrite the fabric of her dimension to change fate ( which has not been successful so far ), somewhat because she wants to see if harry has a chance of happiness outside of their lives on earth-21. harry has been gone for two years now.˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗ norman osborn blames her for the death of his son and juniper's third death was her willingly done in at his hands.˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗ when not taking on villains in the lunar metropolis, fist-fighting with her would-be father in law, or hopping around dimension to dimension, junie bides a lot of her time with public appearances. as one of the only public-identity superheroes on the moon, a lot of her time gets eaten up by photo shoots and editorials. and karaoke.˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗ junie doesn’t really consider herself a “team player” any longer because she worries anyone close to her might get killed. but she hangs around the spider society after meeting a few of the spiders from there. mostly to annoy people and occasionally lend a hand.˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗ tldr; human personification of tequila soaked gummy bears in the body of an adult who doesn't know how to process emotions. also, nosy & makes it everyone's problem. ( 𝘰𝘰𝘱𝘴! )
